FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is there parking?
Yes, there is plenty of metered street parking ($1-2 per hr) along West Broadway and you might get lucky and find some free residential parking nearby on 8th or 10th avenues.
Who can go?
Adults 19+ with a 2-dose vaccine passport.
What are the current COVID restrictions?
Dancing is finally allowed! Your face covering must be worn at all times while moving around the venue or dancing.
What is the venue capacity?
With venue capcity restrictions recently lifted, Hollywood Theatre can hold up to 591 guests.
How do I get tickets?
Click on the "Get Tickets Now" button, select the quantity and checkout. Your tickets will be emailed to you instantly.
Are there discounts for large groups?
Yes! Contact us at info@thephonix.ca if you have a group of more than 20 and we'll be happy to work out a special price for you.
If I change my mind, can I get a refund?
Generally, we cannot offer refunds for tickets you choose not to use. However, if you experience a medical emergency and cannot attent, please contact us and we'll be happy to credit you with a ticket to our next show.
It's just nice to dance to the classics that you know the lyrics to!
