To give you total peace of mind, we are pulling back the curtain. Here is our exact, expert-backed process for taking you from "Just Looking" to "Best Night Ever."

Step 1: The "No-Ghosting" Inquiry

The Goal: Fast answers.

We know the wedding industry is notorious for slow replies. Not us.

When you fill out our contact form, we immediately check our availability for your specific date. You will receive a personal response from our bandleader typically within 1-3 business days. 

Step 2: The Vision Chat & Custom Quote

The Goal: No hidden fees.

Every wedding is different. Maybe you need jazz for cocktails, a soloist for the ceremony, and the full funk band for the reception. We hop on a quick 15-minute call to hear your vision.

Based on that chat, we send you a Custom Proposal. This is an all-inclusive price. Travel, sound equipment, lighting, and insurance are all clear. No surprises later.

Step 3: The "One-Click" Booking

The Goal: Zero friction.

Forget printing, scanning, and mailing checks. We use a professional Client Portal.

• The Contract: You review and sign digitally on your phone or laptop.

• The Deposit: You pay securely online to lock in your date.

  Once that’s done, the date is yours. You can officially cross "Entertainment" off your to-do list!

Step 4: The Fun Part (Music Planning)

The Goal: Your playlist, your way.

About 2 months before the wedding, we send you our Song Preference Questionnaire. This isn't a generic list; it's your chance to tell us:

• The "Must-Plays": The songs you need to hear.

• The "Do-Not-Plays": The songs you absolutely hate.

• The First Dance: We can learn a special request just for you (Note: this is only included in our "Signature" and "Diamond" packages).

Pro Tip: We recommend giving us about 5-10 "Must Plays" and then trusting our bandleader to read the room and fill in the rest with high-energy hits that keep the crowd moving.

Step 5: The Logistics Takeover

The Goal: We become the point-person.

You are busy planning a wedding; you don't need to worry about electrical circuits. About 4 weeks out, we contact your venue directly.

We coordinate our own Load-In, Sound Check, and Power Requirements. We act as a self-sufficient unit so you (and your planner) don't have to babysit the band.

Step 6: The One-Week Final Check

The Goal: Total confidence.

One week before the big day, we send you a Final Details Summary. It confirms the schedule, the song choices, and the logistics. You look it over, give us a thumbs up, and then go enjoy your wedding week.

Step 7: Showtime!

On the day, we arrive early, set up quietly, and sound check before guests arrive. When the lights go down, we do what we do best: deliver a high-energy, interactive funk and soul show that gets every generation dancing.
