Step 1: The "No-Ghosting" Inquiry

We know the wedding industry is notorious for slow replies. Not us.
When you fill out our contact form, we immediately check our availability for your specific date. You will receive a personal response from our bandleader typically within 1-3 business days.
Step 2: The Vision Chat & Custom Quote
The Goal: No hidden fees.
Every wedding is different. Maybe you need jazz for cocktails, a soloist for the ceremony, and the full funk band for the reception. We hop on a quick 15-minute call to hear your vision.
Based on that chat, we send you a Custom Proposal. This is an all-inclusive price. Travel, sound equipment, lighting, and insurance are all clear. No surprises later.
Step 3: The "One-Click" Booking
The Goal: Zero friction.
Forget printing, scanning, and mailing checks. We use a professional Client Portal.

About 2 months before the wedding, we send you our Song Preference Questionnaire. This isn't a generic list; it's your chance to tell us:

One week before the big day, we send you a Final Details Summary. It confirms the schedule, the song choices, and the logistics. You look it over, give us a thumbs up, and then go enjoy your wedding week.
