Refund policy
NOTICE OF CANCELLATION: The period of notice for cancellation of the booking is two (2) weeks prior to the start date of the booking. When the PURCHASER has not provided the Leader with notice within the period specified herein, the PURCHASER will pay the AMOUNT PAYABLE.
COVID-19 CANCELLATION OR RE-BOOK POLICY: In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, PURCHASER has three options should the date or details of this event need to change:
1. Re-Book Event - PURCHASER may change the booking date to a later date. No fee for date change. Conditional upon ARTIST availability.
2. Modify Scope of Services - PURCHASER may choose to reduce the band size in order to accommodate any current restrictions. ARTIST will retain the full amount of Deposit and apply it to the modified contract. If the new AMOUNT PAYABLE is less than the deposit amount, then ARTIST will return the difference to PURCHASER.
3. Cancel The Event - PURCHASER may choose to cancel this booking. Any Deposit amounts paid before cancellation will not be refunded. PURCHASER will not be responsible for any further payments.
SUBSTITUTION: The PURCHASER hereby authorizes that, at any time prior to or during the booking, the Leader may make a substitution of a Side Player who, because of personal or professional reasons, is unable to provide any or all of the services specified in this contract. The PURCHASER hereby further authorizes that, upon commencement of the booking and with the approval of the Leader, Side Players may substitute themselves for personal or professional reasons for the remainder of the booking or any portion thereof.
