Stage Plots & Tech Rider

 

The Phonix - 9-piece band stage plot and tech rider

This rider is to be used when an in-house AV team will be providing sound and lighting services. When no in-house AV is available, the Phonix can provide all necessary sound and lighting services.

Food & Beverage Requirements

 

For the Essential Party package:

• Hot meal for 10 adults
• Greenroom with table and 10 chairs, light refreshments (coffee, tea, juice, pop, water) and snacks appreciated.
• Dietary requirements (such as number of vegetarians, gluten free etc) will be confirmed once final band roster is booked.

For the "Signature Experience" and "Diamond Concert":

• Hot meal for 11 adults
• Greenroom with table and 11 chairs, light refreshments (coffee, tea, juice, pop, water) and snacks appreciated.
• Dietary requirements (such as number of vegetarians, gluten free etc) will be confirmed once final band roster is booked.

Parking Requirements

For the Essential Party package:

• Parking for 5 standard vehicles

For the "Signature Experience" and "Diamond Concert":

• Parking for 6 standard vehicles
