Because we use a professional booking platform to keep every detail of your wedding organized, our emails come from a unique address that your inbox might not recognize yet.

Please look for:

  • Subject Line: Thanks for contacting The Phonix! (We're checking our calendar)

Step 2: Whitelist us (So we don't ghost you)

To keep your event details secure and organized, all our correspondence is routed through our booking software, @backonstage.app.

Please add @backonstage.app to your "Safe Senders" list. Here is how to do it in the most popular apps:

Gmail Users:

  1. Open our email in your Spam folder.
  2. Click "Report not spam."
  3. Hover over the sender name and click "Add to Contacts."

Apple Mail (iPhone/Mac):

  1. Open the email.
  2. Tap/Click on the sender's email address in the "From" line.
  3. Select "Add to VIPs" or "Add to Contacts."

Outlook / Hotmail:

  1. Open the email.
  2. Click the three dots (...) in the top right corner.
  3. Select "Add to Safe Senders."

Step 3: What happens next?

  1. The Availability Check: You will receive a personal email from us within 1–3 days confirming if our 9-piece band is free.
  2. The Vision Call: Once availability is confirmed, we’ll invite you to book a quick 15-minute call to discuss your vision and build your custom quote.
